The location of the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a rustic charm. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. the food at the restaurant is delicious and of high quality.
The wait times for dinner can sometimes be long due to a shortage of staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for hiking and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel had plenty of parking space, which was very convenient.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a lovely christmas in a peaceful location. the hotel had ample parking space and a beautiful garden, which added to the tranquil environment. the rustic decor gave a cozy feel to the place. the buffet breakfast had a decent spread although it would be best to arrive early for a more substantial selection.
The service seemed unorganized and some staff members were not very welcoming. We had to explore the hotel ourselves to find out where different amenities were located, and there was no information provided at check-in.
